[On Christmas Eve a delivery is at the door of a box of (untainted) chocolates - assorted creams which are, typical to the city, in suggestive shapes along with a separate box containing a white scarf and a mug with the Creeping Bomber artwork emblazoned on them in gold - and a note: Best wishes for the season! Christmas Delivery!

[ Christmas morning, afternoon, and evening, there are deliveries being made, and Elle has plenty to give. Mikaela receives a large tin of chocolate chip cookies. There is a card that reads:

"I hope you have a wonderful holiday and a lovely new year! Elle 💗" ]

cue later, after fixing that problem (wake up and have good sex, that's the way, right) does she finally text mikaela )

she's hoping that mikaela asks no questions on the sex-mussed hair.

[ oh well now. someone had some fun on the way here. probably. she asks no questions and gets no lies, instead checking the watch on her wrist. ]

her hair gets finger-brushed when she's done, and she'll wait on washing that til she has more time, just wanting to freshen up and get some food first )

Do I ask what I missed or apologise again?

[ Smart. She was sort of gearing up for that.

When she comes back, the pizza's on the coffee table and Mikaela's curled up on one end with a glass of bourbon. There's wine out too, and a couple glasses depending on what Adrienne wants. ]

You didn't miss much, just me being a freak my frantic phone calls. Did you really just...sleep for five days?

I didnt intend to.

( she definitely didn't take a nap and hope to stay asleep for so long.

she picks up one of the glasses, grabbing a slice of pizza as she sits down )

I don't think it was just sleeping. I... I dreamed of home. And it wasn't anything I'd done before being here.

[ Dreaming of home. Mikaela does that occasionally, but this sounds different.

And she definitely hasn't slept for five days doing it. ]

I mean, I dislocated my shoulder and I woke up in pain as if I had? I haven't dislocated my shoulder, I mean I woke up and it's fine but... it hurts.
